Early Learning Neighborhood Collaborative (ELNC) is the umbrella organization for a placed-based initiative that leverages neighborhood-based organizations to deliver services that support families and successful early education. Through the educational standards and technical support that ELNC provides, ELNC partners are empowered to deliver high-quality, impactful preschool and parent programs. 

 

Administrative Assistant (Bilingual-Spanish/ English)
(1) position available. Candidate must possess an Associate’s Degree, demonstrates ability to handle detailed oriented tasks, and must be Bilingual (Spanish/English). Candidates must also have knowledge of complex helping systems, professions, and organizations and how they affect children and family welfare, and the multiple uses of such systems, professions, and organizations to deliver services. Lead Preschool Teacher
(1) position available. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development, or an Early Childhood Education with specialization in preschool teaching. Candidates must also have knowledge in conducting interviews to establish the nature and extent of concerns/issues, provide professional assistance to families or staff, and determine appropriate referral services/opinions. Health, Nutrition, and Disability Manager
(1) position available. Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree, 1-3 years of early childhood experience preferred. Candidates must also have knowledge of leadership and management skills and techniques. Ability to quickly evaluate alternatives to atypical situations and decide on a plan of action. Program Communication & Recruitment Coordinator
(1) position available. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, two to three years’ work experience supporting a non-profit organization. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in computers, including Microsoft Office products and database applications, email and Internet. Fund Development and Communication Director
(1) position available. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, two to three years; work experience providing high level administrative support for the Executive Team, and Five years’ working with low income populations. Candidates must also have knowledge in providing administrative support in public or non-profit programs. Experience working in complex helping systems, professions, and organizations and how they affect children and family welfare, and the multiple uses of such systems, professions, and organizations to deliver services.
