Early Learning Neighborhood Collaborative (ELNC) is the umbrella organization for a placed-based initiative that leverages neighborhood-based organizations to deliver services that support families and successful early education. Through the educational standards and technical support that ELNC provides, ELNC partners are empowered to deliver high-quality, impactful preschool and parent programs. 

 

Bookkeeper
(1) position available. Candidates must possess an Associate’s Degree or at least five years prior experience as a Bookkeeper. Candidates must also have prior experience providing accounting support for an Executive Team. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Finance. Program Supervisor
(1) position available. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Parenting Education, Child Development, Maternal-Child Health, Early Childhood Education, Social work, or a related field. Master’s Degree preferred. Bilingual English-Spanish preferred. Candidates must also have experience in developing and implementing seamless early childhood delivery systems in targeted zones. Play to Learn Facilitator
(1) position available. Candidates must possess an Associate Degree in Family Services, Child Development or a related field and 1-2 years’ experience working with vulnerable children and families. Candidates must also have knowledge in utilizing agency resources, technology and library to appropriately answer questions and provide guidance to staff and parents. Lead Preschool Teacher
(1) position available. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development, or an Early Childhood Education with specialization in preschool teaching. Candidates must also have knowledge in conducting interviews to establish the nature and extent of concerns/issues, provide professional assistance to families or staff, and determine appropriate referral services/opinions. Health, Nutrition, and Disability Manager
(1) position available. Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree, 1-3 years of early childhood experience preferred. Program Communication & Recruitment Coordinator
(1) position available. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, two to three years’ work experience supporting a non-profit organization. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in computers, including Microsoft Office products and database applications, email and Internet.
