Through the educational standards and technical support that ELNC provides, ELNC partners are empowered to deliver high-quality, impactful preschool and parent programs. 

 

ELNC GR Project Director
Early Learning Neighborhood Collaborative (ELNC) is looking for a dynamic Project Director. The ELNC-GR Project Director will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to key staff; guiding and directing the organization’s strategic initiatives, as well as fostering collaboration with ELNC-GR’s local partner advisory council. This position will work closely with the ELNC Director of Administration and Finance to ensure fidelity to the ELNC model and accountability of resources. The Project Director will have the necessary knowledge of the field, core programs, operations, and community stakeholders. Accepting Applications November 8 – 30th, 2021. Intake and Enrollment Specialist
(1) position available. Candidates will possess a minimum of a High School Diploma; Associates degree in Child Development is preferred. Candidates must be organized, focused and detailed-oriented. Experience working with a diverse population is required; excellent communication skills, be outgoing, organized, focused and detail-oriented. This position reports to the Data & Evaluation Director. Family Coach
(1) position available. Candidates must possess an Associates in human services or related field with a minimum of 2-3 years related work experience. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Family Studies, Psychology OR Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minor in any human services field is preferred. Candidates must also have knowledge of complex helping systems, professions, and organizations and how they affect children and family welfare, and the multiple uses of such systems, professions, and organizations to deliver services. Early Head Start Roving Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher

(1) position available. Candidates must possess a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development, or Early Childhood Education with specialization in Infant/Toddler teaching. Candidates must also have the Knowledge and experience as lead teacher in an Infant/Toddler program. This position reports to the Early Head Start Director. Associate Preschool Teacher
(1) position available. Candidates must possess an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and or a valid Child Development Associate Credential (CDA). Candidates must also have knowledge in conducting interviews to establish the nature and extent of concerns/issues, provide professional assistance to families or staff, and determine appropriate referral services/opinions. Floater Preschool Teacher
(1) position available. Candidates must possess a High School Diploma, or General Education Diploma (GED). At times, ELNC will hire parents in this position. Play to Learn Facilitator

(1) position available. Candidates must possess an Associate Degree in Family Services, Child Development or a related field and 1-2 years’ experience working with vulnerable children and families. Candidates must also have knowledge in utilizing agency resources, technology and library to appropriately answer questions and providing guidance to staff and parents.
