Early Learning Neighborhood Collaborative (ELNC) is the umbrella organization for a placed-based initiative that leverages neighborhood-based organizations to deliver services that support families and successful early education. Through the educational standards and technical support that ELNC provides,. ELNC partners are empowered to deliver high-quality, impactful preschool and parent programs. ELNC is dedicated to strengthening children, families and building stronger communities. We are looking for individuals who are committed to our mission and who have a passion for comprehensive and holistic early childhood education services.

Early Head Start Education Manager 
1)Position available. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Candidates must also have a minimum of 2 years experience with Infants and Toddlers. Chief Impact Officer
(1)Position available. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following areas: Education, Business, Social Work etc. or related field. Candidates must also have a minimum of 5-7 years experience leading collective impact organization or systems-change efforts in early childhood education to improve children’s outcomes from birth to five. Human Resource Director
(1)Position available. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Public Administration. Candidates must also have a minimum of 5+ years in Human Resource related experience preferably in a non-profit setting. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). ELNC GR Project Director

Preschool Health Coordinator
(1) Position available. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Candidates must also possess at least 4 years of early childhood teaching experience.  This position reports to the Education Director. Family Coach
(1) position available. Candidates must possess an Associates in human services or related field with a minimum of 2-3 years related work experience. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Family Studies, Psychology OR Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minor in any human services field is preferred. Candidates must also have knowledge of complex helping systems, professions, and organizations and how they affect children and family welfare, and the multiple uses of such systems, professions, and organizations to deliver services. Early Head Start Roving Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher

(1) position available. Candidates must possess a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development, or Early Childhood Education with specialization in Infant/Toddler teaching. Candidates must also have the Knowledge and experience as lead teacher in an Infant/Toddler program. This position reports to the Early Head Start Director. Associate Preschool Teacher
(1) position available. Candidates must possess an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and or a valid Child Development Associate Credential (CDA). Candidates must also have knowledge in conducting interviews to establish the nature and extent of concerns/issues, provide professional assistance to families or staff, and determine appropriate referral services/opinions.
